The Berlin Carnival was first and foremost, for us, a Caribbean affair!
We went to a few parties, that we will never forget.
SOCABEACH
Take a very nice, sunny day, a beach by the river, soca, and a cool crowd, and you get Soca on the Beach!
Unquestionably one of the best event of the carnival, we had so much fun. It was hot and such a perfect day.
Our only regret was not to have brought our bikinis to dance in the floating swimming pool nearby!

CARNIVAL FEVER BBQ
A BBQ organised by Carnival Fever Entertainment. Really chilled, friendly and relaxed crowd. We were eating jerk chicken while dancing on Caribbean rhythms!
The queue to get our plate might have been a bit long, but we were not deterred, the atmosphere was great.

CARNIVAL GLOW PARTY
Coming straight from Barbados, the energetic and fiery Alison Hinds was singing live, and the party was a blast.
Old and new Soca anthems kept us dancing all night, the energy of the party was really unique.
There was also an additional room for dancehall, reggae, salsa vibes. We left at 5.30am, and the party was far
from over!

There were a lot more parties to go to, but we reserved our energy to discover Berlin, and watch the Sunday parade. Stay tuned for our experience on the road…
